Data we process

Name, email, telephone, delivery address, order and billing data, customer-account data, messages and enquiries (including sample requests), and the data needed for payment and delivery.

Purposes

We process data to fulfil orders, receive payments, issue invoices, deliver products, answer enquiries and sample requests, comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.

Service providers

We use Shopify to operate the store and Shopify Payments to process payments. Data may also be shared with the providers we use for delivery and invoicing, only as needed for those purposes. Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards required by law.

Commercial communications

We only send marketing communications (email, SMS or WhatsApp) with your consent where required, and every communication includes a way to unsubscribe.

Retention

Enquiries: until resolved and up to 2 years after last contact. Customer accounts: until deletion or 2 years of inactivity, without prejudice to order records. Orders, invoices and tax documents: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law. Guarantee and complaint records: for as long as needed to exercise or defend legal rights. Marketing data: until consent is withdrawn.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, where applicable, by contacting info@terreirodinastico.com or writing to our registered office. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD).
