Returns, Right of Withdrawal and Guarantee
Right of withdrawal
For distance purchases, consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 calendar days. For goods, this period starts when the consumer or a designated third party, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession. For split deliveries, it starts on delivery of the last good or part.
Notice must be sent before the deadline to info@terreirodinastico.com by an unequivocal statement. The goods must be returned without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification.
The company will refund payments received, including standard delivery costs, within the legal 14-day period. The refund may be withheld until the goods or proof of return is received. Additional cost for a more expensive delivery option is not refunded.
The consumer is responsible only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods. The company will bear return transport costs under the reported policy, without prejudice to statutory rights.
Statutory exceptions apply. Opened, cut or installed products may be subject to legally permitted limitations, but no commercial rule removes rights relating to lack of conformity, defects or mandatory information.

Delivery damage
Visible damage should be reported operationally within 1 business day with photographs, video, packaging, labels and delivery evidence. This operational period does not limit statutory rights.
Statutory conformity guarantee and commercial guarantee
For new movable goods sold to consumers in Portugal, the three-year statutory conformity guarantee applies under Portuguese law, including Decree-Law no. 84/2021. This mandatory consumer right cannot be excluded by a commercial condition.
There is also a six-month manufacturer’s commercial guarantee, reported by the client and provided under Çamsan conditions. It is voluntary, additional and separate; it does not reduce, replace or limit the statutory guarantee or any mandatory consumer right. The manufacturer’s complete conditions must be attached or confirmed.
