Where we deliver

Lisbon district: online orders are currently available for delivery throughout the Lisbon district — Lisboa, Loures, Odivelas, Amadora, Sintra, Cascais, Oeiras, Mafra, Vila Franca de Xira, Torres Vedras, Lourinhã, Cadaval, Alenquer, Arruda dos Vinhos, Sobral de Monte Agraço and Azambuja.
Rest of mainland Portugal, Madeira and the Azores: delivery on request — contact us for a quotation.
Other countries: not available at this time.

Delivery time

Delivery in 5 working days after the order is confirmed (payment received). For large orders we may contact you to schedule the delivery.

Transport costs

Lisbon district: free transport on orders from €100. Orders under €100: €30 delivery fee.

Delivery is made at street level / to the door and does not include carrying to upper floors.

Checking your order on delivery

Please check the boxes, labels, quantity and any visible damage when you receive your order. If you notice damage, let us know as soon as possible — ideally within 1 working day — with photos of the product and packaging. This does not affect your legal rights.

Installation and care

We do not currently offer an installation service; we supply the material only. Before installing, follow the manufacturer's instructions and check that the subfloor is dry, level and clean. Do not cut or install products before checking colour, batch, quantity and visible defects, and keep the packaging and product labels.
