Before buying flooring there are three sums to do: the price per m², the quantity with a margin for cuts, and the accessories. These are our prices, VAT included:
| Product | Price per m² | Pack |
|---|---|---|
| Çamsan laminate flooring 8 mm AC4 | €14.76 | 1.85 m² (8 planks) — €27.31 |
| FloorLabs SPC vinyl flooring 5 mm | €18.83 | 2.23 m² (8 planks) — €41.99 |
| Skirting board 8 cm | €1.90 / linear m | 2.8 m piece — €5.33 |
How much should I buy?
Measure the area (length × width) and add about 10% for cuts. Divide by the area of one pack and round up.
Example: a 4 m × 3 m bedroom (12 m²)
- With a 10% margin: 13.2 m²
- Laminate: 13.2 ÷ 1.85 = 7.1 → 8 packs = €218.48
- Or SPC: 13.2 ÷ 2.23 = 5.9 → 6 boxes = €251.94
- Skirting: 14 m perimeter, minus a 0.8 m door, plus 10% ≈ 14.5 m → 6 pieces = €31.98
- Transport in the Lisbon district: free (order above €100)
Don't forget the underlay
Floating laminate is laid over an underlay, which is not included in the pack. FloorLabs SPC already has a 1 mm integrated acoustic underlay.
What about fitting?
Terreiro Dinástico sells the material; we do not offer installation. The fitting cost depends on the professional you choose. Both floors are click systems, no glue.
